NEMO PHOTOGRAPHY

Questions & Answers

Commonly Asked Questions on our Weddings

  • What is your style?

The best description is a combination of  mostly Photojournalism and little traditional coverage too.

  • Do you do posed photos?

Most couples, and especially families, love to see the classic wedding portraits. I ask all clients to make a short list of the 'must have' formal shots. I always advise that the simpler the better, and I usually like to spend 15 to 20 minutes at the most for these type of photos. You'll want to get on to the party anyway!

  • Are you available for travel or destination weddings?

YES! Travel fees are based on the actual cost of transportation and lodging. Some destinations may be eligible for a discount so contact me to find out!

  • How many photos will I receive?

On average, most couples can expect around 100+ images per hour of the event. The only complaint I've ever had was that there were too many photos to pick out their favorites! The great thing is, you don't have to! All wedding packages include a high resolution photo CD so you'll never have to choose. Web ready photo CDs are also available for you bloggers.

  • Do you shoot with an assistant?

I'm normally a one man show but any package can include a second shooter for an additional fee.

  • How can I book you?

I require a signed contract and a deposit to reserve a date. I also like to have a consultation with the couple to review the contract, discuss their vision for their photography, provide more example images, and to just get to know each other. Phone consultations are also possible if your located out of town.Commonly Asked Questions

Commonly Asked Questions on our Portraits

  • What type of portrait sessions do you offer?

All types! Maternity, babies, family, seniors, head shots, engagement, bridal, or even boudoir!

  • What is your style?

Relaxed, fun, and natural. In addition to the traditional portrait poses, I also capture candid and 'real' images. I strive to capture not just photos of people, but photos with personality.

  • What should I wear for my session?

Simple is better. Solid colors (not too bright) and something that you're comfortable in. Usually my clients have enough time to change outfits at least once so bring a few things.

  • How and when will I see my proofs?

Normally I have proofs online within 7-10 business days of the session.

  • What is boudoir photography?

  • Boudoir is a French word meaning a woman's bedroom or private sitting area. Boudoir sessions are intimate, romantic, and classy. Many clients choose to do these sessions as a gift for their man but sessions can also be to boost confidence, document a pre-pregnancy shape, or celebrating a new shape. No mater what your shape or size is, I'll work with you to capture flattering and stunning images.
